PMB2110

The PMB2110 is one member of the PMB2100 that is designed as the VCO device and is can be used in Dualband GSM applications with Infineon´s SMARTi/SMARTi+ chipset such as transmit VCO for GSM Dualband (900/1800) transceivers.

Features of the PMB2110 are:(1)Fully integrated, monolithic solution; (2)Very small outline and low profile TSSOP10 package; (3)Two single ended RF power outputs to drive the power amplifier; (4)Low power balanced output for PLL downconverter for optimized bill of material (no external power splitter required); (5)Band select and power down function; (6)Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 2.95V; (7)-20°C to +75°C operational temperature range.
