The PMB 2347 is a RF/IF double PLL requency synthesizer implemented in nfineon' high speed BiCMOS technology 6HFC. PMB2347 contains two LLs with integrated prescalers especially esigned for use in battery powered adio equipment and mobile elephones. Primary applications of PMB2347 are ingle- and dual-band digital cellular ystems e.g. GSM, PCN (DCS 1800) nd PCS systems.
