The MSA-1105-TR1 is designed as a high performance silicon bipolar monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) housed in a low cost, surface mount plastic package. This MMIC is for high dynamic range in either 50 or 75W systems by combining low noise figure with high IP3. Typical applications include narrow and broadband linear amplifiers in commercial and industrial systems.
MSA-1105-TR1 has six features. (1)High dynamic range cascadable 50W or 75W gain block. (2)3dB bandwidth: 50MHz to 1.3GHz. (3)17.5dBm typical P1dB at 0.5GHz. (4)3.6dB typical noise figure at 0.5GHz. (5)Surface mount plastic package. (6)Tape-and-reel packaging option available. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of MSA-1105-TR1 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its device current would be 80mA. (2)Its power dissipation would be 550mW. (3)Its RF input power would be +13dBm. (4)Its junction temperature would be 150°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
