The MF359 has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is storage temperature,the symbol is Tstg,the limit is -55 to +125.When parameter is operating temperature see,the symbol is Top,the limit is -40 to +85.When parameter is electrical power dissipation,the symbol is Ptot,the limit is 300mW.When parameter is continuous forward current (f<10kHz),the symbol is IF,the limit is 110mA.When parameter is peak forward current (duty cycle<50%, f>1MHz),the symbol is IFRM,the limit is 180mA.When parameter is reverse voltage,the symbol is VR,the limit is 1.5V.When parameter is soldering temperature (2mm from the case for 10sec),the symbol is Tsld,the limit is 260.
