The ISPPAC80-01SI is designed as a member of the lattice family of in-system programmable analog circuits, digitally configured via nonvolatile E2CMOS technology. Analog building blocks, called PACell(s), replace traditional analog components such as opamps, eliminating the need for external resistors and capacitors. With no requirement for external configuration components, ispPAC80 expedites the design process, simplifying prototype circuit implementation and change, while providing high-performance integrated functionality.
ISPPAC80-01SI has five features. (1)In-system programmable analog which means instrument amplifier gain stage and precision active filtering (50kHz to 500kHz) and continuous-time fifth order low pass topology and dual, A/B configuration memory and non-volatile E2CMOS cells and IEEE 1149.1 JTAG serial port programming. (2)Unique flexibility and performance which means programmable gain range 0dB to 20dB, low distortion and auto-calibrated input offset voltages. (3)True differential I/O which means high CMR (58dB) instrument amplifier input, 2.5V common mode reference on chip and rail-to-rail voltage outputs. (4)Single supply 5V operation which means power dissipation of 165mW and 16-pin plastic SOIC, PDIP packages. (5)Applications include integrated: single +5V supply signal conditioning and programmable filters with fully differential IO, analog front ends, 12-bit data acq. systems, DSP system front end signal conditioning and high performance reconstruction filters. (2)Its logic and analog input voltage applied would be from 0V to Vs. (3)Its logic and analog output short circuit duration would be indefinite. (4)Its lead temperature soldering 10 seconds would be 260°C. (5)Its ambient temperature with power applied would be from -55°C to 125°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C.
