IP4283CZ10

The IP4283CZ10 is designed as one kind of ESD protection for HDMI interface device that includes high-level ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diodes for the TMDS signal lines. And this device can be used in (1)TVs, monitors; (2)Notebooks and mainboard graphics cards and ports; (3)Set-top boxes and game console; (4)DVD recorders and player applications.

Features of the IP4283CZ10 are:(1)'Pass-thru' signal line routing; (2)Pb-free, RoHS compliant and free of Halogen and Antimony (Dark Green compliant); (3)All TMDS lines with integrated rail-to-rail clamping diodes for downstream ESD protection of ±8 kV according to IEC 61000-4-2, level 4; (4)Matched 0.5 mm trace spacing; (5)Line capacitance of only 0.7 pF for each channel; (6)2-channel, 6-terminal UTLP; (7)HDMI 1.3a compliant; (8)DisplayPort compliant.
