The IP4221CZ6-S is designed as one kind of dual USB 2.0 integrated quad device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Cellular and PCS mobile handsets; (2)PC/notebook USB 2.0/IEEE 1394 ports; (3)DVI/HDMI interfaces; (4)Cordless telephones; (5)Wireless data (WAN/LAN) systems; (6)PDAs. And this device is fabricated using thin film-on-silicon technology integrating four ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail ESD protection diodes in a miniature 6-terminal SOT886 package.

Features of the IP4221CZ6-S are:(1)Pb-free and RoHS compliant; (2)ESD protection compliant to IEC 61000-4-2 level 4, ±8 kV contact discharge; (3)Four ultra-low input capacitance (1 pF typical) rail-to-rail ESD protection diodes; (4)Low voltage clamping due to integrated Zener diode; (5)Small 6-terminal SOT886 package.
