IP4280CZ10

The IP4280CZ10 is designed as one kind of ESD protection for HDMI interface device that includes high-level ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diodes for the TMDS signal lines. And this device can be used in (1)TVs, monitors; (2)Notebooks and mainboard graphics cards and ports; (3)Set-top boxes and game console; (4)DVD recorders and player applications.

Features of the IP4280CZ10 are:(1)Pb-free and RoHS compliant, Dark Green; (2)ESD protection for HDMI; (3)All TMDS lines with integrated rail-to-rail clamping diodes with downstream ESD protection of ±8 kV according to IEC 61000-4-2, level 4 standard; (4)Matched 0.5 mm trace spacing; (5)TMDS lines with </= 0.05 pF matching of capacitance between the TMDS pairs; (6)Line capacitance of only 0.7 pF per channel; (7)4-channel TSSOP10 lead-free package; (8)HDMI 1.3 compliant.
