IP4251CZ8-4

The IP4251CZ8-4 is designed as one kind of 4-channel RC low-pass filter array device that is fabricated using monolithic silicon technology and integrates up to 8 resistors and 16 diodes in a 0.4 mm pitch 8-, 12- or 16-pin MicroPak (compatible with QFN) lead-free plastic package with a height of 0.5 mm only. And this device can be used in (1)Cellular and Personal Communication System (PCS) mobile handsets; (2)Cordless telephones; (3)Wireless data (WAN/LAN) systems; (4)PDAs applications.
