IP4233CZ6

The IP4233CZ6 is designed as one kind of ultra low capacitance ESD device that can be used in ESD protection high-frequency AC-coupled Ethernet ports applications. And this device incorporates two pairs of ultra low capacitance back-to-back diodes which protect components from ESD voltages as high as ±8 kV contact discharge according to IEC 61000-4-2, level 4.

Features of the IP4233CZ6 are:(1)Pb-free and RoHS compliant; (2)ESD protection compliant to IEC 61000-4-2 level 4, ±8 kV contact discharge; (3)Four ultra-low input capacitance (1 pF typical) rail-to-rail ESD protection diodes; (4)Low voltage clamping due to integrated Zener diode; (5)Small 6-terminal SOT886 package.

The absolute maximum ratings of the IP4233CZ6 can be summarized as:(1)input voltage: -0.5 to +5.5 V;(2)electrostatic discharge voltage (contact discharge): -8 to +8 kV;(3)electrostatic discharge voltage (air discharge): -15 to +15 kV;(4)storage temperature: -55 to +125 °C.
