Am27S23

The Am27S23(256-words by 8-bit) is a Schottky TTL programmable read-only memory(PROM).The device has three-state outputs,compatible with low-power Schottky bus standards capable of satisfying the requirements of a variety of microprogrammable controls.

Features of the Am27S23 are:(1)high speed; (2)highly reliable, ultra-fast programming platinum-silicide fuses; (3)high programmable yield; (4)low-current PNP inputs; (5)high-current open-collector and three-state outputs; (6)fast chip select.

The absolute maximum ratings of the Am27S23 can be summarized as:(1): storage temperature is -65 to +150; (2): ambient temperature with power applied is -55 to +125; (3): supply voltage with respect to ground is -0.5 V to 7.0 V; (4): DC voltage  applied to outputs(except during programming) is -0.5 V to Vcc max; (5): DC voltage applied to outputs during programming is 21 V; (6): output current into outputs duing programming(max. duration of 1 sec) is 250 mA; (7): DC input voltage is -0.5 V to +5.5 V; (8): DC input current is -30 mA to +5 mA.
