How does the dispute and claim indemnity work?
About the dispute during the transaction, SeekIC will intervene in the transaction on the basis of equity. First, the complainant should send an email to SeekIC buyer service (service@seekic.com) and tell the whole matter with enough proof, and then SeekIC will contact the other party to deal with the matter. The detailed handling can refer to the SeekIC Escrow service agreement.
