Either of buyer and seller can initiate the Escrow transaction, who must be SeekIC registered member
The system will automatically create a transaction number when all requisite information is completed
Initiator notifies the other party the transaction number
Both sides agree to transaction rules and Escrow service agreement, and then we go to the further step

The initiator fills in the information of Purchase Order+ Shipping arrangement+ Payment details
If the either side doesn’t agree to some terms of the order information, both sides should negotiate and modify these terms, and then initiator resends the final confirmation

Buyer arranges to remit the full payment to SeekIC after both sides have confirmed the order
Buyer sets online transaction password on SeekIC Website while carrying out the payment. Considering the transaction security, transaction password must be kept properly
If the transaction amount per trade is over 30,000USD, buyer needs to upload the personal photo, and the photo must be front without a hat and with distinct facial features

Once SeekIC receives the payment from buyer, SeekIC will notify the seller to prepare the goods in time
In order to avoid the dispute, seller must wait patiently without the delivery notification from SeekIC, and can’t ship the goods ahead of time

Seller should deliver the goods at the end of the delivery time, and fill in the tracking number on SeekIC website

If buyer accepts the goods, please click “confirm” to take delivery
Buyer must avoid clicking “confirm” before receiving the goods and inspecting the goods
Buyer needs to input the transaction password when buyer accepts the goods and agree to release the payment to seller
If transaction amount per trade is over 30,000USD, buyer needs to have a video attestation with SeekIC by IM chatting system while notifying SeekIC Escrow to transfer the payment to seller
After getting the confirmation of releasing payment from buyer, SeekIC will release the payment to seller within two working days. The whole transaction is closed

If buyer accepts the goods , please click “ confirm”
  > Buyer must avoid clicking “confirm” before receiving the goods and inspecting the goods
  > Buyer needs to input the transaction password when buyer accepts the goods and agree to release the payment to seller. Buyer agrees on the trading rules and signs up the agreement
  > If transaction amount per trade is over 30,000USD, when buyer conduct payable on receipt, buyer needs to have an video attestation with SeekIC by IM chatting system
After getting the confirmation of releasing payment from buyer, SeekIC will release the payment to seller. The whole transaction is closed
