The MN67790 is designed as one kind of copyright protection decryption integrated circuit that is produced by the Panasonic corporation, it can be used in the DVD players which use the Panasonic machine, such as the Panasonic series, the WanLiDa, the TCL, the DingTian, the KONKA and the HongTu.etc. 1.Features The MN67790 integrated circuit is composed of six regional area code decoding circuits, the key decryption circuit, the bus switch circuit, the code comparison circuit, the copying protection circuit and the microprocessor interface circuit.etc. This device can be used to decode the area code and the password, so that you can playback the 6 regions of DVD discs. 2.Pin functions and data The MN67790 integrated circuit is in the 80-pin four-row flat package, the pin functions and the typical operating parameters of pin-5 is as shown in the table, the arrangement of pin functions is as shown in the figure (e), the key-pin waveform is as shown in figure 9(a)-(d).
