YM6064 is a kind of CD- ADOCM Decode Processor (ADP).This ADP is an LSI chip used for processing DC-audio signals (ADPCM decoding).There are some features as follows.First, DC- format ADPCM data is coverted to 16 bits linear PCM data: LEVEL A fs=37.8 KHz 8 bits; LEVEL B fs=37.8 KHz 4 bits; LEVEL C fs=18.9 KHz 4 bits.Secondly, a circuit has been intergrated specially for digital mixing of real time audio and sound map audio.Besides, a double oversampling digital filter built in to the CD-format for LEVEL C.Then is a built-in 1 dB * 127 step digital attenuation circuit.The fifth is a built-in overflow limiter.The sixth is a mute control terminal.The seventh is a CD audio digital signal input terminal.The last one is a silicon gate CMOS, 80 PIN QFP, 5 V power supply.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings.The VDD (power supply voltage) is from -0.3 V to +7.0 V.The VIN (input voltage) is from -0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V.The Top (operating temperature) is from 0 to +70.The Tstg (storage temperature) is from -50 to +125.Then is about the recommended operating conditions.The supply voltage is +5 V±5%.The ambient operating temperature is from 0 to 70.
The following is about the DC characteristics (VDD=+5 V±5%, TOP=0 to 70).The minimum IL (input leakage current) is -10 A and the maximum is 10 A.The minimum VOH (high level output voltage) is 2.7 V at IOH=-0.4 mA.The maximum VOL (low level output voltage) is 0.4 V at IOL=0.8 mA.The minimum VIL (low level input voltage (TTL)) is 2.2 V.The maximum VIH (high level input voltage (TTL)) is 0.8 V.The minimum ILZ (OFF input leakage current) is -10 A and the maximum is 10 A.The minimum RU (pull-up resistance) is 60 K and the maximum is 600 K.The maximum IDD (power current) is 50 mA.
