W91F810N General Description

The W91F810N is a series of tone/pulse switchable telephone dialers with 23-falsh memory, keytone, hold, lock, mute, volume control and handfree dialing control features. These chips are fabricated using Winbond's high-performance CMOS technology and thus offer good performance in lowvoltage, low-power operations.

W91F840N General Description

The W91F840N is a series of tone/pulse switchable telephone dialers with 23-flash memory, keytone, two store key function, hold, lock, mute, volume control and handfree dialing control features. These chips are fabricated using Winbond's high-performance CMOS technology and thus offer good performance in low-voltage, low-power operations. It is available in 22-pin 400 mil package.

Here are some outstanding features about it: (1)tone/pulse switchable dialer; (2)two by 32 digits redial and save memory; (3)three by 32 digits one-touch direct repertory flash-memory; (4)no key will be accepted except the HOLD key when in the HOLD mode; (5)on-chip power-on reset; (6)mute key for speech network mute; (7)two story key function.

There are the absolute maximum rating: (1)DC supply voltage: -0.3 V to 7.0 V; (2)input/output voltage: VSS-0.3 V and VSS-0.3 V; (3)power dissipation: 120 mW; (4)operating temperature: -20 to 70 ; (5)storage temperature: -55 to 150 . The following is its DC eletrical specifications(Fosc=3.58 MHz, Ta=25 ): (1)operating voltage: 2.4 V to 5.5 V; (2)operating current: 0.4 mA typ and 0.6 mA max; (3)standby current: 15 A; (4)DTMF distortion(RL=5 K, VDD=2.0-5.5 V): -30 dB typ and -23 dB max; (5)DTMF output DC level(RL=5 K, VDD=2.0-5.5 V): 1.0 V to 3.0 V; (6)DTMF output sink current(VTO=0.5 V): 0.2 mA min.
