W91080

The W91080 series are Si-gate CMOS ICs that provide the necessary signals for either pulse or tone dialing. It is available in 18 or 20-pin plastic DIP package. W91080 has the following features: (1)two by 32 digits for redial memory and tone number memory; (2)on-chip power-on reset; (3)minimum intertone pause which is 100 msec; (4)minimum tone output duration which is 100 msec; (5)DTMF/pulse switchable dialer.
