The U210B1 is a kind of interated circuit which is designed as a phase-control circuit for load-current feedback application in bipolar technology. To realize motor control systems, it has integrated load current detection, voltage monitoring and soft-start functions.
There are some features as follows: (1)externally controlled integrated amplifier; (2)variable soft start; (3)automatic retriggering; (4)voltage and current synchronization; (5)triggering pulse typ 125 mA; (6)internal supply voltage monitoring; (7)temperature constant reference source; (8)current requirement 3 mA.
The following is about the absolute maximum ratings: (1)current requirement at pin 3, -IS: 30 mA; (2)current requirement at t10s, -is: 100 mA; (3)synchronisation current at pin 1: -Isync.I: 5 mA; (4)synchronisation current at pin 14: -Isync.V: 5 mA; (5)synchronisation current at pin 1, t10s: -iI: 35 mA; (6)synchronisation current at pin 14, t10s: ±iV: 35 mA; (7)input current at pin 11 for load current monitoring, -II: 2 mA; (8)input current at pin 11, t10s for load current monitoring, -II: 5 mA; (9)storage temperature range, Tstg: -40 to +125; (10)junction temperature, Tj: 125; (11)ambient temperature range, Tamb: -10 to +100.
