TSS1G45S General Description
The TSS1G45S is designed as toshiba solid state AC relay. Typical applications include optically isolated, zero voltage turn-on, zero current turn-off, normally open SSR.
It has five features. (1)RMS on-state current would be 1A. (2)Repetitive peak off-state voltage would be 400V. (3)TTL compatible. (4)Isolation voltage which would be 2060Vac. (5)Including snubber network. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its control input voltage DC would be 6V. (2)Its control input current DC would be 20mA. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its pick up voltage would be max 4.5V. (2)Its drop output voltage would be min 1.0V. (3)Its input resistance would be typ 300 ohms.
