The TQ5135 is an LNA-Downconverter optimized for use in the Korean, Japanese, and US CDMA Bands. The integrated LNA has the gain step function required for CDMA, and features very low NF and excellent IP3. An external resistor controls LNA bias, making LNA Idd adjustable. The integrated mixer features very high IP3 and provision for external adjustment of gain, IP3, and Idd. Because of the external LO tuning inductor, IF's in the range of 85 to 200Mhz can be used. The excellent RF performance with low current coupled with very small lead-less plastic package is ideally suited for Cellular band mobile phone.

The TQ5139 is a CDMA Rx Receiver designed for Cell-band, Dual-mode operation. The device supports Cell CDMA and A-GPS. The IF range is from 80 MHz to 230MHz with external tuning. The Low Noise Amplifiers have an adjustable third order intercept (IP3) to minimize inter-modulation and cross-modulation effects. The mixers are designed for differential IF outputs (single-ended or differential IF outputs for GPS modes), and they feature excellent linearity and low noise figure.
This device is available in a 4X4 mm MLF package with 24 pins. The TQ5139 frontend receiver is capable of meeting all electrical requirements in accordance with the TIA/EIA 98-C Wireless Communication standard.

The TQ5622 is a 3V, RF receiver IC designed specifically for PCS band TDMA applications. It's RF performance meets the requirements for products designed to the IS-136 TDMA standards. The TQ5622 includes a powerdown mode which allows current saving during standby and the non-operating portion of the TDMA pulse. The TQ5622 contains LNA and Mixer circuits matched to the 1900MHz PCS band.
The mixer uses a high-side LO frequency. The IF has a usable frequency range of 85 to 150MHz. The LNA Output and Mixer Input ports are internally matched to simplify the design and keep the number of external components to a minimum. The TQ5622 achieves excellent RF performance with low current consumption which gives long standby times in portable applications. The small QSOP-16 package is ideally suited for PCS band mobile phones.
