TP3022 General Description
The TP3022 is designed as one kind of UHF linear power transistors,it is NPN gold metallized transistors using diffused ballast resistors for reliability and ruggedness.They are specifically designed as low power drivers,having high gain and can be operated in class A,B or C.Features of this type of product are:960 MHz,15W-Pout,26V-Vcc and high gain-8.5dB min,class AB.
