The TLYU1002A is a panel circuit indicator.TOSHIBA is continually working to improve the quality and the reliability of its products. Nevertheless,semiconductor devices in general can malfunction or fail due to their inherent electrical sensitivity and vulnerability to physical stress.
The TLYU1002A has the following features including:(1)it can be manufactured high-luminosity of equipment or reduce of electric power consumption by change in the high luminosity led from general-luminosity one; (2)colors:red, orange, amber, yellow, green, pure green; (3)can be mounted using surface mounter.; (4)reflow soldering is possible.; (5)standard embossed taping 4 mm pitch:T02 (3000 pcs/reel).The LED devices is packed in an aluminum envelope with silica gel to avoid moisture absorption.The optical characteristics may be affected by exposure to moisture in the air before soldering and it should be stored under the following conditions.
The absolute maximum ratings of the TLYU1002A are:(1)storage temperature:-30 to 85; (2)operating temperature:-30 to 85; (3)reverse voltage:4V; (4)forward current:25mA;(5)power dissipation:62.5mW.The type of package used for shipment is denoted by a symbol suffix after the product number.The method of classification is as below.
