The TES1-2413 is designed as one kind of the DC/DC converters. With the small footprint these 1watt DC/DC converters are an ideal and economical solution for many applications where an isolated voltage is required. Typical applications are ground loop elimination, noise reduction, voltage isolation in digital interfaces and voltage conversion in distributed power systems.
It has ten features. (1) Small SMD package with standard footprint. (2) I/O- isolation 1500Vdc. (3) Single and dual output models. (4) Input voltage 5, 12 and 24 Vdc. (5) High efficiency up to 80%. (6) Operating temperature range is from -40 to +85°C. (7) High accuracy of pin co-planarity. (8) Qualified for leadfree reflow solder process according IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020C. (9) Available in tape and reel package. (10) 3 year product warranty. That are all the main features.
Some important specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its input voltage would be 24Vdc +/-10%. (2) Its output voltage would be 15Vdc. (3) Its output current max would be 65mA. (4) Its efficiency typ would be 79%. (5) Its input current no load would be 8mA and full load would be 55mA typ. (6) Its surge voltage (1 sex max) would be 30V max. (7) Its reverse voltage protection would be 0.3A max. (8) Its input filter is its internal capacitors. (9) Its switching frequency is 100kHz typ.
And some output specifications about it. (1) Its voltage set accurary is +/-2% at 100% load. (2) Its voltage balance (dual output models, balanced load) is +/1% max. (3) Its ripple and noise (20MHz bandwidth) is 120mVpp max. (4) Its temperature coefficient is +/-0.02%/K. (5) Its short circuit protection is limited 0.5sec max. (6) Its capacitive load is 33uF max.
