The STK4036X is a kind of AF power amplifier(split power supply).
Features of the STK4036X are:(1)small-sized package permitting audio sets to be made slimmer(up to 700 W); (2)facilitates thermal design of slim stereo sets; (3)distortion 0.08% due to current mirror circuit.
The absolute maximum ratings of the STK4036X can be summarized as:(1): maximum supply voltage(Vcc max) is ±52 V; (2): thermal resistance is 1.8 /W; (3): junction temperature(Tj) is 150; (4): operating substrate temperature(Tc) is 125; (5): storage temperature(Tstg) is -30 to +125.
