The SKN100/12 is one member of the SKN100 family, this family including SKN100/04,SKN100/08,SKN100/12,SKN100/14,SKN100/16 and SKN100/18.It is designed as one kind of rectifier diode with some features such as:(1)threaded stud ISO M12,M16x1,5;(2)reverse voltages up to 1800 V;(3)hermetic metal case with glass insulator;(4)anode to stud.

The typical applications of the SKN100/12 are:(1)all-purpose mean power rectifier diodes;(2)colling via heatsinks;(3)non-controllable and half-controllable rectifier;(4)free-wheeling diodes;(5)recommended snubber network:RC:0.25 uF,50,Rp=50 k(Pr=20 W).
