The SG3000GXH25 is designed for inverter application.Before ordering, purchasers are advised to contact the Sensitron Semiconductor sales department for the latest version of the datasheet(s).In cases where extremely high reliability is required (such as use in nuclear power control, aerospace and aviation, traffic equipment,medical equipment, and safety equipment), safety should be ensured by using semiconductor devices that feature assured safety or by means of users' fail-safe precautions or other arrangement.
The SG3000GXH25 has the following features including:(1)repetitive peak off-state voltage:VDRM=4500 V (Note 1);(2)repetitive peak reverse voltage:VRRM=4000 V;(3)R.M.S on-state current:IT (RMS)=800 A;(4)peak turn-off current:ITGQM=3000 A;(5)critical rate of rise of on-state current:di/dt=300 A/s;(6)critical rate of rise of off-state voltage:dv/dt=900 V/s.
