SA615D/01-T General Description
The SA615D/01-T belongs to the SA615 series. It is a kind of a high performance monolithic low-power FM IF system. It combines the functions of Signetics' SA602 and SA604A. It is available in 20-lead SOL (small outline large package) and 20-lead SSOP (shrink small outline package).It can be used in many applications such as cellular radio FM IF,high performance communications receivers,single conversion VHF/UHF receivers,SCA receivers,RF level meter,spectrum analyzer,instrumentation,FSK and ASK data receivers,Log amps and wideband low current amplification.
The following is some information about its features. (1) low power consumption which is 5.7 mA; (2) mixer conversion power gain of 13dB at 45 MHz; (3) XTAL oscillator effective to 150 MHz; (4) 102dB of IF Amp/limiter gain; (5) 25MHz limiter small signal bandwidth; (6) two audio outputs-muted and unmuted; (7) low external component count; (8) excellent sensitivity.

(1): single supply voltage(VCC) is 9 V; (2): storage temperature range(Tstg) is from -65 to 150 ; (3): operating ambient temperature(TA) ranges from -40 to 85 ; (4): thermal impedance is 90 /W; (5): the typical DC current drain is 5.7 mA and the maximum is 7.4 mA; (6): power supply voltage ranges from 4.5 V to 8.0 V; (7): the minimum mute switch input threshold(on) is 1.7 V,while the maximum mute switch input threshold(off) is 1.0 V.
