QM300HA-H General Description
The QM300HA-H is one member of the QM300 family which designed as the high power switching use non-insulated type that can be used in AC motor controllers, UPS, CVCF, Inverters, DC motor controllers, NC equipment, welders. Features of the QM600HD-M are:(1)collector current:300 A;(2)collector-emitter voltage:600 V;(3)DC current gain:750;(4)non-insulated type.
The absolute maximum ratings (Tj=25°C, unless otherwise noted) of the QM300HA-H can be summarized as:(1)collector-emitter voltage (Ic=1A, VEB=2V): 600 V;(2)collector-emitter voltage (VEB=2V):600 V;(3)collector-base voltage (emitter open):600 V;(4)emitter-base voltage (collector open):7 V;(5)collector current:300 A;(6)collector reverse current:300 A;(7)collector dissipation TC=25°C:1560 W;(8)base current:18 A;(9)junction temperature:-40°C to +150°C;(10)storage temperature:-40°C to +125°C;(11)weight:470 g.
