The QBH-179 is designed as standard hybrid amplifier.
It has four features. The first one is it would have 5 to 200MHz bandwidth. The next one is it would have high gain. The next one is it would have low noise figure. The next one is it would have excellent reverse isolation. The next one is it would have quick ship item. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its power supply voltage which would be +20.0Vdc for sustaining and would be +20.0Vdc for pulse (transient). The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -55°C to +125°C. The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C. The next one is about its maximum input drive which would be 1.0 Vrms. The next one is abut its thermal rise, junction to case which would be +15°C.
Also there are some other specifications about it. The first one is about its temperature which would be typ +25°C and should be within from -55°C to +85°C. The next one is about its frequency range which would be from 5 to 200MHz. The next one is about its small signal gain which would be 23.3 ± 0.8dB. The next one is about its gain vs. temperature which would be max +0.6/-1.2 dB. The next one is about its gain flatness which would be typ 0.4dB and max 1.1dB. The next one is about its reverse isolation which would be typ 30dB and min 28dB. The next one is about its VSWR which would be max 1.5:1 for input and also for output. The next one is about its 1 dB compression which would be min +9dBm. The next one is about its noise figure which would be typ 3.0dB and max 3.0dB. And so on.
