The Q5004LT is designed as internally triggered triacs that include a diac trigger mounted inside the same package. This device, developed by teccor, saves the iser the expense and assembly time of buying a discrete diac and assembling in conjunction with a gated triac.
It has five features. The first one is it would have glass passivated junctions. The next one is it would have electrically isolated package. The next one is it would have internal trigger diac. The next one is it would have high surge capacity which would be up to 200 amps. The next one is it would have high voltage capability which would be up to 600 volts.
Some important electrical specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its RMS on-state current condition angle of 360° which would be 4 amps. The next one is about its repetitive peak blocking voltage which would be min 500V. The next one is about its peak off-state current gate open Vdrm = max rated value which would be max 0.05mA at Tc=25°C and would be max 0.5mA at Tc=100°C and would be max 2.0mA at Tc=125°C. The next one is about its peak on-state voltage at max rated RMS current Tc=25°C which would be max 1.6V. The next one is about its breakover voltage symmetry which would be max 3V. The next one is about its breakover voltage (forward & reverse) which would be min 33V and max 43V. The next one is about its dynamic breakback voltage (forward & reverse) which would be min 5V. The next one is about its peak breakdown current which would be max 200uA. The next one is about its trigger fining capacitance which would be max 0.1uF. That are all the main specifications above. And so on. For more information please contact us.
