PS9121 General Description
The PS9121 is an optically coupled high-speed, isolator containing a GaAlAsLEDonthe input side and a photodiode and a signal processing circuit on the output side on one chip.
PS9121 is specified high CMR, high CTR and pulse width distortion withoperating temperature.
