NTE864 General Description
The NTE864 is a precision waveform generator in a 14Lead DIP type package capable of producing sine, square, triangular, sawtooth and pulse waveform. Its operating frequency can be selected over eight decades of frequency, from 0.001Hz to 200kHz. The frequency of oscillation is highly stable over a wide range of temperature and supply voltage changes. Both full frequency sweeping as well as smaller frequency variations (FM) can be accomplished with an external control voltage. Each of the three basic waveforms, i.e., sinewave, triangle and square wave outputs are available simultaneously, from independent output terminals.

NTE871 General Description
The NTE871 is a largesignal wideband, high speed operational amplifier which has a unity gain crossover frequency (fT) of approximately 38MHz and an openloop, 3dB corner frequency of approx-imately 110kHz. It can operate at a total supply voltage of from 14 to 36 volts (±7 to ±18 votls when using split supplies) and can provide at least 18VPP and 30mAPP at the output when operating from ±15 volt supplies. The NTE871 can be compensated with a single external capacitor and has DC offset adjust terminals for those applications requiring offset null.
The NTE871 circuit contains both bipolar and PMOS transistors on a single monlithic chip and is sup-plied in a 8Lead TO5 package.

NTE88 General Description
The NTE87 (NPN) and NTE88 (PNP) are complementary silicon power transistors in a TO3 type package designed for high power audio, disk head positioners, and other linear applications. These devices can also be used in power switching circuits such as relay or solenoid drivers, DCtoDC converters or inverters.
