MHL9838 General Description
The MHL9838 is a type of RF linear LDMOS amplifier which is designed for ultra-linear amplifier applications in 50 ohm systems operating in the cellular frequency band. It can be used for TDMA and CDMA multi-carrier applications and is ideal for feedforward base station applications.
Here are some fearures about it: (1)third order intercept which is 50 dBm typ; (2)excellent phase linearity and group delay characteristics; (3)power gain which is 31 dB typ.
What comes next is its absolute maximum ratings (TC=25 ): (1)DC supply voltage: 30 Vdc; (2)RF input power: 6 dBm; (3)storage temperature range: -40 to 100 ; (4)operating case temperature range: -20 to 100 . Then is the electrical characteristics (VDD=28 Vdc,TC=25 ): (1)supply current: 770 mA typ and 800 mA max; (2)power gain(f=880 MHz): 30 dB min, 31 dB typ and 32 dB max; (3)gain flatness(f=800-925 MHz): 0.1 dB typ and 0.3 dB max; (4)noise figure(f=925 MHz): 3.7 dB typ and 4.5 dB max.
