M6121H/883 is short for LM6121H/883. The following is some information about the LM6121H/883. It is a kind of high speed buffer. It is built with National's VIP™ (Vertically Integrated PNP) process which provides fast PNP transistors that are true complements to the already fast NPN devices. Besides, it offers performance similar to the LH0002 with the additional features of current limit and thermal shutdown. The typical applications include line driving, radar and sonar.
There are some features as follows. (1)high slew rate: 800 V/s; (2)wide bandwidth: 50 MHz; (3)slew rate and bandwidth 100% tested; (4)peak output current: ±300 mA; (5)high input impedance: 5 M; (6)LH0002H pin compatible; (7)no oscillations with capacitive loads; (8)5 V to ±15 V operation guaranteed; (9)current and thermal limiting; (10)fully specified to drive 50 lines.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings. (1):supply voltage is 36 (±18) V; (2):input to output voltage is ±7 V; (3):input voltage is ±Vsupply; (4):output short-circuit to GND is continuous; (5): ESD tolerance is ±2000 V; (6):storage temperature (Tstg) is from -65 to +150; (7):lead temperature (soldering, 10 seconds) is 260.
