The LTM08C351 is one kind of 21cm color TFT-LCD module(8.4 type) and is prodeced by TOSHIBA.Features of the LTM08C351 are:(1)8.4" SVGA color display high brightness(350cd);(2)wide viewing angle;(3)built in long life CCFLs(MTTF:50,000h.(conditions/Ta:25,Ifl:6mA(rms),Ffl:40 KHz);(4)replaceable structure of lamp units.
Here are the absolute maximum ratings:(1)supply voltage(Vdd):-0.3 to 4.0 V;(supply voltage(Vfl):0 to 2.0 KV(rms);(3)FL driving frequency:100 KHz;(4)input signal voltage:-0.3 to Vdd+0.3 V;(5)operating temperature:0 to 50;(6)storage temperature:-20 to 60 and (7)storage humidity(max. wet buib temp.=39):10 to 90%(RH);(8)FL start voltage(Ta=0):1400 to 1600 V(rms);(9)high level input voltage:0.8Vdd to Vdd V;(10)low level input voltage:0 to 0.2Vdd V;(11)power consumption:7.2 W.
