KAQY210 General Description
The KAQY210 is designed as the high reliability photo coupler that can be used in system appliances,measuring instruments;industrial robots; copiers, automatic vending machines,facsimiles; signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances; telephone sets; copiers,tacsimiles; interface with various power supply circuit,power distribution boards and numerical control machines.
Features of the KAQY210 are:(1)high current transfer ratio (CTR:min.500% at If=1 mA,Vce=2 V);(2)high isolation voltage between input and output;(3)compact dual-in-line package;(4)available package:DIP/SMD/H.
