HT2012-DP General Description

The HT2012-DP is one member of the HT201xx family which designed as the low cost, low power CMOS LSI chip designed for lamp and LED flash drivers. Features of the HT2012-PL are:(1)operating voltage:1.2V to 4.5V;(2)low standby current: 1mA typ. at 3V;(3)CMOS metal-gate process technology;(4)built-in oscillator (FOSC:32KHz);(5)on/off control function for the HT2013H, HT2013M, HT2013L;(6)1/8 duty cycle output;(7)directly driving an LED;(8)minimum external components;(9)TO-92 package (only for the HT2012H, HT2014M, HT2014L).

The absolute maximum ratings of the HT2012-DP can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.3V to 5.5V;(2)input voltage:Vss0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(3)storage temperature:-50°C to 125°C;(4)operating temperature:-20°C to 75°C. And the electrical characteristics of this device are:(1)operating voltage:1.2 to 4.5 V;(2)standby current:1 to 2 uA;(3)operating current:200 uA;(4)system frequency:32 KHz.
