The HDS-1025 is designed as digital to analog converters represent the fastest precision setting current and voltage DAC's available.Capable of processing to MIL-STD-883 and guaranteed monotonicity over their operating temperature range; their quiescent power is 1/2 that of competituve units. The current output models provide 10mA full scale alowing direct drive of capacitive loads and transmission lines. Its typical applications includes CRT vector displays, TV video reconstruction, military equipment (MIL-STD-883) and analytical and medical instruments.
It has five features. The first one is it would have 25ns current settling to 0.1%.The second one is that it would have 10mA current out.The third one is it would be guaranteed monotonicity over temperature. The fourth one is that it would hav no external parts required. The fifth one is that it would have reliable hybrid construction. That are all the features.
Some important electrical specifications (typical @ +25°C with nominal power supply voltage unless otherwise noted) have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its resolution full scale which would be 10 bits. The second one is about its accuracy (relative to FS including linearity) which would be 0.05 ±%FS.The third one is about its linearity which would be ±5uA.The fourth one is about its zero offset (initial) which would be 15nA max.The next one is about its temperature coefficients linearity which would be 3 ppm/°C.The next one is about its gain which would be 30ppm/°C.The next one is about its unipolar offset which would be 3 ppm/°C.The next one is about its bipolar offset which would be 15 ppm/°C.The next one is about its data inputs logic voltage levels positive logic "1" which would be from +2 to +7V and logic "0" would be from 0 to +0.8V.The nest one is about its logic loading (each bit) which would be 40 uA of "1" and would be -2.6mA of "0".And so on.For mre information please contact us.
