The FH40LG is a Super High Electron Mobility Transistor (SuperHEMT TM)intended for general purpose, ultra-low noise and high gain amplifiers in the 2-12GHz frequency range. This device is packaged in a cost effective, low parasitic, hermetically sealed metal-ceramic package for high volume telecommunication, DBS,TVRO, VSAT or other low noise applications.
Features of the FH40LG are:(1)low noise figure: 0.3dB (TYP.)@f=4GHz;(2)high associated gain: 15.5db (typ.)@f=4ghz;(3)lg0.15m, Wg=280m;(4)gold gate metallization for high reliability;(5)cost effective ceramic microstrip (smt) package;(6)tape and reel available.
The absolute maximum ratings of the FH40LG can be summarized as:(1)drain-source voltage:3.5V;(2)gate-source voltage:-3.0V;(3)total power dissipation:290mW;(4)storage temperature:-65 to +175°C;(5)channel temperature:175°C.Do not alter the form of this product into a gas,powder, or liquid through burning, crushing, or chemical processing as these by-products are dangerous to the human body if inhaled, ingested, or swallowed.Observe government laws and company regulations when discarding this product.This product must be discarded in accordance with methods specified by applicable hazardous waste procedures.The products described in this document are designed, developed and manufactured as contemplated for general use, including without limitation, ordinary industrial use, general office use, personal use, and household use, but are not designed, developed and manufactured as contemplated (1) for any use that includes fatal risks or dangers that, unless extremely high safety is secured, could have a serious effect to the public, and could lead directly to death, personal injury, severe physical damage or other loss (i.e., nuclear reaction control in nuclear facility, aircraft flight control, air traffic control, mass transport control, medical life support system, missile launch control in weapon system), or (2) for any use where chance of failure is intolerable (i.e., submersible repeater and artificial satellite).
