The BB11174 is the part marking of REG1117-3.3. The REG1117-3.3 is a kind of 3.3 V three-terminal voltage regulator. It is available in SOT-223 surface-mount package which is suitable for reflow soldering techniques. The typical applications include SCSI-2 active termination, hand-held data collection devices high efficiency linear regulators, 5 V linear regulators, battery powered instrumentation, battery management circuits for notebook and palmtop PCs.
