BA41W12ST General Description

The BA41W12ST is a general-purpose power supply with two outputs : 8V, 1A and 5V, 500mA. The IC is available in a compact TO220FP-5 package. The outputs can be turned off during the power saving state with a built-in switch. Also built in the IC are an overcurrent protection circuit, an overvoltage protection circuit, and a thermal shutdown circuit.

BA41W12ST Features

1) Minimum I / O voltage differential is 0.5V or less.
2) Built-in protection circuits against overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheat.
3) Available in a compact TO220FP-5 package (pins are bendable).

BA4210 General Description

The BA4210 is a monoithic intergrated circuit consisting of two FM IF amplifiers,an AM mixer and an IF amplifier for use in low-voltage FM/AM radios and cassette recorders with built-in radios.

There are some features as follows.First,it operates stably over a wide range of supply voltages and has excellent characteristics at low voltages (V_CC=2.5 V to 6.0 V).The second is high-gain FM section IF amplifier circuit.At last,the AM section includes a mixer,local oscillator,IF amplifier and AGC circuit and has excellent AGC and distortion characteristics.The typical applications include AM/FM radios and radio cassette recorders.

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings (T_a=25).The V_CC (supply voltage) is 9 V.The P_d (power dissipation) is 550 mW.The T_opr (operating temperature range) is from -25 to 75.The T_stg (storage temperature range) is from -40 to +125.Then is about the recommended operating conditions (T_a=25).The minimum V_CC (supply voltage) is 2.5 V,the typical is 4.0 V and the maximum is 6.0 V.
