AN6093NSA General Description
The AN6093NSA is a orthogonal modulator IC for PHS.It incorporates a phase shifter and an APC circuit for indirect modulation in the 1.9 GHz band.When it is provided with an LC filter,it can efficiently suppress IF-band local harmonic spurious.There are some features as follows.First is operating supply voltage range: 2.7 to 4 V.The second is 1.9 GHz indirect modulation.Then is LO1's eigth-order harmonic suppression: -58 dBc or better.Next is high power output: -12 dBm.The fifth is variable range: APC=typ 38 dB (fout=1.9 GHz).The sixth is phase shifter frequency: 233 MHz.The last one is package: SSOP016-0225A with 0.65 mm pitch.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings (Ta=25).The VCC (supply voltage) is 4.2 V.The ICC (supply current) is 60 mA.The PD (power dissipation) is 252 mW.The Topr (operating ambient temperature) is from -20 to +60.The Tstg (storage temperature) is from -55 to +125.Then is about the recommended operating range.The VCC (operating supply voltage) is from 2.7 to 4 V.
The following is about the electrical characteristics (Ta=25±2).The minimum PO1 (output level (1)) is -15 dBm and the typical is -12 dBm at LO1=233 MHz,-10 dBm;LO2=1660 MHz,-15 dBm;VAPC=2.5 V.The minimum PO2 (output level (2)) is -15 dBm and the typical is -12 dBm at LO1=233 MHz,-10 dBm;LO2=1685 MHz,-15 dBm;VAPC=2.5 V.The typical ICC (current consumption) is 29 mA and the maximum is 38 mA at LO1=233 MHz,-10 dBm;LO2=1672.5 MHz,-15 dBm;VAPC=2.5 V.The typical Pmin (minimum output level) is -50 dBm and the maximum is -45 dBm at LO1=233 MHz,-10 dBm;LO2=1672.5 MHz,-15 dBm;VAPC=1.0 V.The typical BH (base-band distortion suppression) is -40 dBc and the maximum is -30 dBc at LO1=233 MHz,-10 dBm;LO2=1672.5 MHz,-15 dBm;VAPC=2.5 V.
