The 5C060 is designed as 16-macrocell CMOS PLD which can be used to replace low-end gate arrays, multiple programmable logic arrays and LSTTL and 74HC (CMOS) SSI and MSI logic devices.
It has many features. The first one is high performance LSI semi-custom logic alternative to low-end gate arrays, TTL and 74HC SSI and MSI logic. The second one is 16 macrocells with programmable I/O architecture, up to 20 inputs (4 dedicated, 16 I/O) or 16 outputs. The third one is programmable output registers can be configured as D, T, SR, or JK types. The fourth one is tPD (max) 45ns, 26.3MHz pipelined, 22.2MHz w/feedback. The fifth one is programmable clock system with 2 synchronous clocks and asynchronous clocking option on all registers. The sixth one is 8 P-terms, selectable SOP invert, clear and OE P-terms for each macrocell. The seventh one is programmable security bit allows total protection of proprietary designs. The eighth one is CMOS EPROM technology based. UV erasable (CerDIP) or OTP. The ninth one is programmable low power option, 50uA typical standby current. The tenth one is 100% generically tested logic array. The eleventh one is 100% compatible with EP600. The last one is it would be available in 24-pin 300-mil cerDIP / PDIP and 28-pin PLCC package. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be min -2.0V and max 7.0V. The second one is about its programming supply voltage which would be min -2.0V and max 13.5V. The third one is about its DC input voltage which would be min -0.5V and max Vcc+0.5V. The fourth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C. The fifth one is about its ambient temperature range which would be from -10°C to +85°C. And so on.
