43CTQ100PBF General Description

      The 43CTQ100PbF has 8 features.The first one is 175 °C TJ operation.The second one is center tap configuration.The third one is low forward voltage drop.The fourth one is high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The fifth one is high frequency operation.The sixth one is guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The seventh one is Lead (Pb)-free ("PbF" suffix).The last one is designed and qualified for industrial level.
      This center tap Schottky rectifier series has been optimized for very low reverse leakage at high temperature. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 175 °C junction temperature. Typical applications are in switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes,and reverse battery protection.
