      The 30WQ10FNPbF is a surface mount schottky rectifier which needs low forward drop and small foot prints on PC board when applied. It is widely used in disk drives, switching power supplies, converters,freewheeling diodes, battery charging and reverse battery protection.
      Then you can get some information about the features.There are seven features as follows.The first one is that it has popular D-PAK outline.The second one is that it has small foot print and its surface is mountable.The third one is that it has low forward voltage drop.The fourth one is that it has high frequency operation.The fifth one is that it has guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The sixth one is that it has lead-free ("PbF" suffix).
      You have to get some detail information about the major ratings and characteristics if you want to purchase the product.It has five major ratings.The first one is I_F(AV) which is 3.5V at rectangular waveform.The second one is V_RRM which is 100V.The third one is I_FSM which is 440A on the condition that t_p = 5 s sine.The fourth one is V_F which is 0.63V when 3 Apk and T_J= 125 .The fifth one is about the T_J which ranges from - 40 to 150 .
