30KPA144A General Description
The 30KPA144A is a kind of 30KW transient voltage suppressor.Here you can get some information about the features.The first one is that it uses glass passivated junction.The second one is that the 30KW peak pulse power capability at 10/1000s waveform repetition rate (duty cycles) is 0.01%.The third one is that it has fast response time which is typically less than 1.0ps from 0v to VBR min.The fourth one is that it has an excellent clamping capability.The fifth one is that it has low incremental surge resistance.The sixth one is that it has high temperature soldering guaranteed which is 260/40 seconds, 0.375" (9.5mm) lead length at 5lbs.
