The 30CPQ035PbF,this center tap Schottky rectifier has been optimized for very low forward voltage drop,with moderate leakage.Typical applications are in swiching power supplies,converters,freewheeling diodes,and reverse battery protetion.
The 30CPQ035PbF has 7 features.The 1st one is that the proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 150 junction temperature.The 2nd one is about center tap TO-247 package.The 3rd one is about very low forward voltage drop.The 4th one is about high frequency opertion.The 5th one is about high purity and high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The 6th one is about guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The 7th one is about lead-free("PbF" suffix).
