      The 401016 is a Big Digit Window Thermometer.The LCD display is delicate. When removing the thermometer from a window pull only with the plastic housing. Do not pull with or bend the display.  The Maximum and Minimum temperature of the 401016 is displayed above and below the main temperature display. These displays are updated each time a new high or low temperature is measured. The MAX and MIN displays are automatically reset every 24 hours. The maximum temperature is reset at 8:00 AM and minimum temperature at 8:00 PM (20:00). Therefore, the current time of the 401016 must be set for the Max/Min displays to work properly .
