ZL40510LDE

The ZL40510LDE is designed as dual output DVD and CD 4 channel laser diode driver. Its typical applications include DVD±RW/RAM, DVD±R, CD-RW, CD-R, write optical drives, laser Diode current switch and supports double density DVD.

ZL40510LDE has twelve features. (1)Single 5V supply (±10%). (2)150mA low noise read channel with 100 x current gain. (3)Three 500mA write channels with 240 x gain. (4)Combined channel output 700mA.
