The XL24C04 has some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is temperature under bias,the rating is -40 to +85.When parameter is storage temperature,the rating is -65 to +150.When parameter is lead soldering temperature (less than 10 seconds),the rating is 300.When parameter is supply voltage,the rating is 0 to 6.5V.When parameter is voltage on any pin,the rating is -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V.When parameter is EDS rating,the rating is 2000V.When parameter is output current,the rating is 5mA.
